The Speed Systems 1700 Series Semi-Con Adjustable Blade Scorer has an adjustable blade depth with a locking set screw for scoring (scribing) the semi-conductive shield of high-voltage cable so the semi-con can be removed without nicking or damaging the cable insulation.
