At Lineroots Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's progress.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
